Turning hobby ideas to gold

Ideas are just merely thoughts. There isn’t a realization. When there’s no action, nothing will happen. Thinking alone doesn’t put plate food on the table . So, people who think that they think a lot and who are thinkers, stop thinking and just do it!

Hobby’s are things that people love to do. They do it even if they are required to fork out some money. Example, watching a movie, listening to music, writing , photography, reading and coaching.Working your job isn’t a hobby. The moment the employer stops paying, people stop appearing at work.  If you are willing to do something for free and it’s not generating income, its called a hobby.

Wait a second! Would’nt it be great if we can turn our hobbies to gold and stop start  generating some income? Absolutely. How to start? Many people would but don’t know where to start. Instead, they think of what other people think of them if they start. In a book called “live without fear ” by Mark Matteson, there is a quote that I struck me real hard.

“You wouldn’t worry about what other people thought of you if you realized how little they did!”

Think of something that really interest you and start doing it, perhaps for free until you get good with it. Practice makes perfect. Be prepare to make a sale . There’s a misconception that people think that doing business does not require sales.

” I don’t do sales”

“I can’t market and I can’t do direct sales” and so forth.

You need to do sales in a business. You need to have a market your products. No sales no revenue. Simple as that.
