“Take two steps back before taking three steps ahead ” was a quote I remembered from Zig Ziglar’s book Something Else to Smile. It is my current favorite book as I find it hard to smile sincerely these days.

The three months have seen quite some changes of horizons in me. I spent the weekend meeting old buddies from JB ,KL and Penang. I’m really happy to see them. To see them having good career starts really excites me. Some bought a new car. Some got a new girlfriend. Some went overseas. Man I wish I had those. For a split second, I felt inadequate, down and lost. Keep telling myself why didn’t I choose that path instead.

Referring to the quote, I decided to stop doing what I’m doing now and go through some deep thinking. The thought that I have been procrastinating for so long. I want a great life ahead. But, I also understand that it also requires lots of sacrifice and effort. Thus, I enjoy reading stories of Ingvar Kamprad (IKEA) and Warren Buffet (Berkshire Hathaway) for inspirations.
